1. How do I access the booking management system?

To access the bookings management system, navigate to the "Sales" tab and select "Bookings" from the drop-down menu.


2. How can I filter and search through the list of bookings?

You can filter and search through the list of bookings by specifying criteria such as date range, location, customer, and staff.


3. What are the different status categories for bookings?

Bookings can have various status categories, including: New, Confirmed, Arrived, Ongoing, Completed, and Cancelled.


4. Can I change the status of a booking at any time?

Yes, you can change the status of a booking from New to Confirmed, Arrived, Ongoing, Completed, or Cancelled, and it does not have to be in sequential order.


5. How can I add remarks to a booking?

You can add remarks to a booking by selecting the booking and choosing the option to add a remark. These remarks will be visible to the customer in their profile under "My Bookings".


6. How can I send appointment reminders to customers?

Appointment reminders can be sent manually by selecting a booking, clicking "Send Reminder", and choosing either email or SMS. Alternatively, you can set up automatic reminders under "Marketing > Automated Message".


7. What are the requirements for sending SMS reminders?

To send SMS reminders, you need to connect your Twilio account in the Integrations section of your settings.


8. Is there a calendar view available for bookings?

Yes, you can view bookings in calendar format under "Sales > Schedule". You can filter the schedule by location, customer, or staff, and choose between month, week, or day views.


9. What messaging options are available, and are they included in my subscription plan?

Email messaging is included in your subscription plan, but SMS messaging requires connecting your Twilio account. Additionally, WhatsApp messaging requires a WhatsApp Business account and integration with Twilio.

Information on integrating Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp messaging can be found in the "Settings > Organisation > Integrations" section under SMS - Twilio API Keys and WhatsApp - Twilio API Keys, respectively.
